We are a small team by design. Each founder brings a distinct skill set, and we operate on the same AI systems we build for clients. So we know exactly what works in practice.
Marley is a Computer Science and Web Design graduate from Aberystwyth University. He was awarded Best in Design at Young Rewired State Festival of Code 2015. His technical grounding spans TypeScript, React, PHP, WordPress, databases, and information security. He leads the design and implementation of privacy-first AI infrastructure for clients in legal, financial, and data-sensitive sectors.

Are you a product company or a consultancy?
Consultancy. We do not sell software licences or take commissions from third-party tools. We design and build custom systems for each client using the best tools for the job — whether open-source, self-hosted, or carefully selected commercial products. Our only incentive is delivering what works for your business.
What size businesses do you work with?
We focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across West Wales. Our clients range from solo operators and micro-businesses to established 50-person companies. Our fixed-fee audit model works well for businesses that want to explore AI without committing to a large upfront investment.
How do you handle data privacy and security?
Privacy is built into every system we design. We default to self-hosted infrastructure where your data stays on your premises or a UK-based data centre under your control. Our approach is compliant with UK GDPR and we advise clients with specific regulatory requirements (legal, financial, healthcare) on achieving compliance.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project ends?
Yes. We offer monthly support retainers from £400/month covering updates, new use cases, staff training, and system monitoring. Many clients start with a Discovery Audit, then move to a support retainer after their initial project, giving them ongoing access without committing to a full-time employee.
What is your service area across Wales?
We are based in West Wales and primarily serve Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea. For on-site work we travel to your premises. For businesses elsewhere in Wales — including Cardiff, Newport, North Wales — we offer remote consultation with occasional on-site visits for larger engagements.
